These clay earrings are all the rage! I make each pair by hand with love and care. No molds. Each pair of earrings is unique and one of a kind - like you! You can even add a matching pet charm. :)
About the product:
All earrings are sealed with a finishing wax for deeper color and protection.
They are extremely light-weight and vivid in color, and all findings are surgical or stainless steel, so they are hypoallergenic.
Since each piece is handmade, each pair may vary in color and appearance and may not match the picture exactly.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Issues arising with damaged items should be taken up with the applicable delivery service provider.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Lost or Missing Items:
Delivery services, carriers, postal services are responsible for missing or lost items. Stolen items are a police matter. LILLY BELLE JEWELRY CO. assumes no responsibility in the matter of missing, lost, or stolen items.
Returns and Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: within 7 days of receiving the item and you must return fr the same product.
